The criticism of the film:
This movie takes back the spectator
into the atmosphere which prevailed in the 60’s in the state of the
Mississippi. This movie emphasizes the social problems between black and white
people. Through the story of the black maids, we are the witnesses in the
relationship between maids white people.
The story takes us conscious about the real and
terrible life of black people as slaves. This story gives us desire to take
part to a sort of demonstration against the racial segregation.
We think that it’s obvious that the movie
helped the society to abolish slavery and allowed black people to have the same
rights as white people, in order to change their lives.
Favorite scene:
Skeeter calls her chief editor. She
has two maid’s testimonies, but it isn’t enough…
After that, Aibileen call Skeeter to tell her
something. When Skeeter comes to Aibileen’s home she sees on the living room a
lot of maids who want to tell some testimonies to her.
She looks so touched and surprised that so many
maids want to help her.
This scene shows a beautiful message: black and
white people can live together without racial problems. This story is an
incredible life lesson…

You are pathetic. You cheated on Juliette et Morgane's favorite scene, and you don't have personnality. Plus, you have too much words, you don't respect the consign.

We aren't agree with Maxime. In our opinion, the story shows the inequal segregation that Black suffered in the past. There were an evolution and now, there are no more problems about it. But, it was a good article. Congratulations ! Margaux and Jeanne
RépondreSupprimerGreat article ! I totally agree your critic. The only negative point of your article is that the film had not helped society to abolish slavery since the slavery disappeared before the publication of the film. Despite it, it's a really nice article and your favorite scene is one of the most important and beautiful scene. It's very moving to see the mobilisation of Jackson's helps toward better living conditions.
