Abstract             The help is an American drama film written by tate taylor he also wrote the script, it's dramatic and he was published in 2011 in the United States. It's the novel which was adapted at the cinema in 2011 by Tate Taylor. It was republished in pocket book in April 2011. The main characters are Aibileen Clark and Minny Jackson the housekeeper who take care of children and the house. Skeeter Phelan, Hilly Holbrook and Celia Foote are the other caracters on the movie they are the white women. This film takes place in Jackson, the capital city of Mississippi State which is considered as the harder state with the regard to black people in the 1960. The mains caracters are Skeeter she is a young ambitious who just finished her journalism studies and decides to take an interest in working conditions of maids at this period. A critical review of the film The Help by Léa LE CHANU and Claire DESRUES I-Synopsis The Help is an American drama film, directed and written by Tate Talor in 2011 and inspired by the novel " The Help " from Kathryn Stockett in 2009. The scene takes place in Jackson, a city in Mississippi (USA), at the beginning of the 60’s. We follow the story of a woman: Skeeter Phelan played by Emma Stone. Skeeter is an ambitious young white woman, who has a passion for writing and contrarily of her socialite friends she is interested in her career: she dreams to become a writer. Summary: The help is a novel  publish in 2009 wrote by Kathryn Stockett. The film is adapted by Tate Taylor in 2011. The cast are Viola Davis aka Aibileen, Emma Stone aka Skeeter, Bryce Dallas Howard aka Hilly and Octavia Spencer aka Minny Jackson. The scene takes place in the Mississippi, in Jackson city, during the Civil Right Movement in 1963. The main character "Skeeter",Eugenia Phelan  is a young journalist who goes back to Jackson city because her mother is sick. Skeeter doesn't agree with the racistic attitudes of her friends towards the maid. The Help Synopsis:  The story takes place in the city of Jackson, in Mississippi in the United States during the 60's. Skeeter, played by Emma Stone, is a young girl who is politically involved in the fight against the ill-treatment of black maids. She wants to become a writer and the situation of the black people inspires her to write a book. She starts to talk about her project to Aibileen, the maid of Elizabeth Leefolt, who treats her like an animal (for example she doesn't want Aibileen to use the same toilet as her). After that, most of the Jackson’s maids start to help her to write her book. At that time, all black people were at the service of white people: gardeners, maids, cookers... Synopsis The help is a film inspired of the book "the help" written by Kathryn Stockett. It was realized by Tate Taylor and it was released in 2011 in the US. It's a comic drama during the 60's in the US during the racial segregation. A white woman named Skeeter dreams to be a writer. As she's revolted about living conditions of helps, she decides to write a collection of help's testimonies. To this end, she needs the support of two helps: Aibileen who accepts immediatly and Minny, more recluctant. Both are scared, but they front of their fears to convince other helps to bear witness their story. The book quickly becomes a best-seller despite whites women mainly miss Hilly who do everything that she can to keep helps under her control. This motion picture takes place in the 1963’s Mississipi and talks about the segregation of the Black slaves who work for the rich White society. The story revolves around Skeeter, a young writer, who wants to denounce the conditions of life and relationship they have in their family. She wants to write a book, which tells the Black’s feelings and thoughts about the children they raise instead of their biologic mother. Skeeter will be help by 2 Black women who accepted to give their viewpoint. After a rude fight against the Bourges circle, the books “The Help” will be sold and every one of Mississipi’s State will read it.
